Mission USCE Externship: Internal Medicine/Sub-i (4-Weeks, Tier 1 Specialty)

This service allows us to help you secure a 4-Week Internal Medicine related rotation (Core/IM Sub-I/Subspecialty) that includes a hands-on US Clinical Experience with an ACGME Accredited Teaching Program in the NYC-Area. Monthly rotations begin on the 1st Monday of the month.

Cost:

Current Mission Residency Students: $600 per week (for docs enrolled in 360 or IV Prep Complete, must enter special passcode)

Non-Mission Residency Students: $800 per week*

After enrolling, we’ll assist you in getting your externship paperwork cleared/approved for the specific hospital/system you’ll be rotating with. You’ll have an opportunity to choose your top 3 rotations in your chosen block/month from the following options and we’ll help secure your top choice rotation available:

Internal Medicine Core, Internal Medicine Sub-I, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Geriatric Medicine, Hem-Onc, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Pulmonary ICU, Rheumatology

All rotations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

*As this is a genuine hands-on experience, prior to rotation, each extern/student is required to secure medical malpractice insurance (not included in the weekly cost mentioned above). We can recommend providers that our students have had positive experiences with.
