Welcome to Mission:Residency!!!  

Dear Doc,

Hi!  Congratulations – You’re IN!  I’m super excited and honored that you’ve chosen to Match with Mission: Residency!  In addition to joining an incredible batch of like-minded doctors in your session working towards the same dream of residency, you’re also now part of an incredible network of Mission docs practicing in their respective specialties across the country as residents, faculty, and directors.

While you’ll be following in their footsteps with the training that helped them launch their careers through the Match, we’ve also added benefits & advantages that were not available in years past.  One of them is the new online resource system on the Mission Residency website.  It’s a supplement to your course that will allow you to review select high-yield replays, check the updated calendar, upload documents directly to us, schedule appointments, and more.

So what’s next?  You’ll be receiving an invitation to attend your session’s pre-start orientation (see schedule on the website).  In addition to that, you’ll be receiving a separate email detailing your full schedule and the “To Do’ List leading up until Day 1 of your training, so definitely keep a look out for that in your inbox.  We also recommend picking up a wireless headworn mic/headset, like the Logitech H600 or H800. (Please note that your Online system may not be fully activated until AFTER your Official Orientation with your classmates).

*Your Classroom Access for your live course (starting with the 5-Day Foundation Sessions) will be sent separately, generally 24 hours before your Pre-Start Orientation date.  Please lookout for an email invite from “Webex” & register yourself as soon you get it.

“No Questions Asked” Cancellation and Refund policy

Our #1 goal is to make sure is your Match.  You’ve come to us to help you answer questions that will get you Matched.  If for whatever reason, you decide not to Match with Mission Residency, that’s ok!  You’re entitled to a full, NO QUESTIONS ASKED refund, provided that:

  • you have requested it within the 30 days of your enrollment date
  • you are not within 30 days of your course’s Orientation Day.  This is to allow for another student on the waitlist enough time to fill your open seat.
  • you have not sat for your advising session (if included in your course)

*Note, for installment plans, the first installment is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at info@missionresidency.com with your personal email address, the email address of the credit card account holder, and order number.

When and how we issue refunds

Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue such refund to your original method of payment.  Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed back to your credit card.
